Bridget...
Our little Bridgie is still as sweet as ever. She brings so much joy into our home. She is SO smilie and she is laughing like crazy these days, it is my favorite thing ever. It is so funny because she ALWAYS laughs at Triston. She will laugh at other things but Triston really gets her rolling, it is hilarious. She is starting to sit up on her own which is awesome! Bridget is a food lover. This girl downs her baby food and she is eating it three times a day. If we don't feed her fast enough she grabs the spoon and shovels the food in herself it is so cute. We can't get enough of our girlie, here are some recent pics...
Triston...
Triston has grown up SO much just in these last few months. He is so much fun and he is HILARIOUS! He brings so much laughter and excitement to our family. Triston will be starting PreSchool in a week, I can't even believe it. Even though I am a little nervous to send my little man off to school, I know he is so ready and he is so excited. He will be going to school twice a week and he has a gym class one day a week which I think he will love. Anything involving running, jumping, playing with balls, and more running, will be perfect for Triston. Recently we took Triston to Joyland (kind of a glorified carnival with a couple of roller coasters) and he LOVED it. He was so excited to ride on airplanes, trains, drive fire trucks, and boats. So this is a random fact about Triston, whenever he feels awkward or doesn't have anything to say he ALWAYS says, "We got ourselves a nodder!" from Cars. It is so funny. We are going to "Back to School" night this week to meet his teacher and some of his classmates so that will be super exciting for him. Triston still loves anything he can race around, cars, trains whatever. He loves playing football, soccer, and baseball with Quinn. Whenever I play sports with him, he is always critiquing me!! He says things like, "Come on mom watch the ball better." Or, "don't watch your feet when you run mom!" Hahaha! It is priceless. He is are some pics of our little stud...

Quinn...
Quinn started his MBA orientation boot camp and has already learned some great stuff. He likes the program so far and has met some LDS guys in his program which has been really nice considering all of the other guys are 22 and LOVE to party. Real school starts this Thursday so he will basically be studying 24/7 from here on out. Quinn is in Young Mens in our ward and has a great group of boys that he is over. He has started writing for his blog, Deep Shades of Blue, again. This year he has two other former players sharing the work load with him since he will be so busy with school this year. He is ready for the football season to start! He has been spending some of his rare free time biking around the city of Lubbock.

Dani...
So life has been good, a little crazy but good. I am nervous for Quinn to be back in school, excited/nervous for Triston to start school, excited to have some one on one time with Bridget, grateful that we have great friends and family, loving being in Young Women's (my girls are AMAZING!!), TIRED from my little girlie who has decided to eat 8 times at night, hating that time is going by so fast...I just want to pause it. Life is good and I want to enjoy it! I got a job working as an aerobic instructor at my gym! I super excited and I start the first week of September. For the first month I am just teaching a running class, which will be great motivation for me to start running, and then after Sept. I am taking over for another instructor who is pregnant. It will be a great job because I only work an hour at a time and my kids can go to the daycare at the gym while I teach. We had a Young Women's sleepover Friday night which was an absolute BLAST! I think I may have had more fun than my girls. We stayed up the entire night which was crazy, but we did so many fun things. We had a Modest is Hottest fashion show, we made donuts at 2 am, did pedicures, made up one awesome dance, and pretty much laughed ourselves sick. I felt like I was 13 again, besides the fact that I had to drive home every couple hours throughout the night to feed Bridge. :)

So there it is...that was the update. We have so many exciting things coming up so I will have a lot to blog about in these next few months!

A family of four! I can't believe it! But I am really missing you! Call me when you can. Love you!!
How the heck did you manage to stay up all night?! I would have died. I stayed up to 1 last night reading my book and was so tired, haha. Also I can't believe Triston started preschool! That is insane!
And how do you join such a group? Let me know!
YM's and YWs---ouch!! I could be biased now that I am recently released as YW pres. I missed it for about one week and then I have to say I am enjoying my free wed. nights and sundays. You younguns are much better at the "fun" staying up all night and such-so crazy!! Dani, now maybe you can take over mieke's role as dance instructor at the family gatherings for all the little girlies. Glad you are getting a little break with Tristan at preschool. I loved the preschool years. Bridget looks darling and tell Quinn to do his homework!! Oh year, WRITE RILEY A LETTER!!
